Gracious Thank You Gratzzi
It’s Thursday again… tonight, a beautiful October 19, 2017, just 24 hours before my annual Halloween Costume Party, Novaween He11even, begins. Last night my brother Chris, friend and co worker Melissa and I went to Universal Studios Orlando, for Halloween Horror Nights, what a blast. And what a late night; way too much party time! Wow, so much fun! So tonight I’m going to end the meeting early and head to Gratzzi Italian Restaurant about 815 pm, instead of closer to 9:00 pm. A delicious dinner, some laughs and interesting conversations, then a good night’s sleep in preparation for the Madness of Novaween He11even!.
Featured here (above) are newcomers Bill J. Tarleton, NW Mutual Financial Planner, and (below) Michelle Rodriguez and hubby, who own EliteBodyCryotherapy.com, a whole body cryotherapy clinic here in St. Pete. According to their website, “Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is a method of cold therapy involving one – three minutes of body exposure to temperatures near -250°F. While this method was first utilized in Japan in 1978 to treat rheumatic arthritis, various studies conducted over the last two decades and user’s testimonials have solidified cryotherapy as a treatment for reducing symptoms of pain and inflammation associated with a number of chronic and passive conditions. Cryotherapy also significantly improves recovery time for athletes, treats various skin conditions and aids in weight loss.” Welcome to the ESC!

Above is returning member Mark Andrews of UbiquityTraining.com, while below is our favorite wordsmith Keith Long who I’m currently working with on my first book Let’s Party! The NOVA Way to Hosting 5-Star Weddings and Events. It’s an exciting project, to be sharing my experiences and wisdoms from hosting over 1,000 successful 5-Star Events! What a wild ride it has been!
Above is makeup artist extraordinaire Corine Potter of CorineCosmetics.com. She created my “Dead Hef” Novaween He11even costume, bravo! Yes those photos are coming soon! What a PARTY! As I forgot my camera flash the images from this event developed much better in black and white. It’s a nice change, and looks good in my historic 1920 venue setting.

Below is DowntownCrawlers.com founder Andreas Neuert, who created an app with his brothers, KYNGO.com, currently found on the iPhone. They were going to launch KYNGO, but they found that their crawls kept getting more successful. Why? They did a crawl to help build support for the app, and it turn out that the crawl morphed into Downtown Crawlers, an unexpectedly successful new business venture. They found that most people aren’t tech savvy but they know and understand bars, drinking and pub crawling. These crawls helps people get outside of their comfort zone, learning and exploring new bars and spots. Typically the crawls are on Saturdays 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, visiting 4-5 bars during each crawl. Their major Entrepreneurial take-away lesson was to create the community first. Smart! Success is in the air as they were just contacted by AirBnB for their Experiences section.
Keith asks “How do you get their name/word out?” We gave all hotel / bank employees free tickets to help them build a community. The bars pay $250 to have a crawl there, usually more than recouping that in new business. Smart guys they are, finding a win-win-win here for everyone! The photo just below Andreas, is the always fabulous 5DollarFacials.com Julia Marie, with the lovely red hair!
Thanks for joining our Entrepreneurial Adventures, see you Thursday night! Also, please keep our ESC HQ the historic venue NOVA 535 in mind for weddings, receptions, film shoots, holiday parties; we’re a 5-Star private event venue.
