How would I describe the Entrepreneur Social Club meeting last night, Thursday June 11, 2015 here at historic venue NOVA 535 Unique Event Space in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, Florida?
600 hats spicy sauces and a great one line pitch!
So we had a few new members, including Kathi Harris http://hat-a-tude.com and Erik Mosich http://EMABooks.com , welcome!!
After we socialized at the bar, then took our seats, I explained the NO religion NO politics, rules, then we passed our business cards around, which were later reviewed.
Here again is our TIPS for a GREAT BUSINESS CARD if you haven’t read it yet. Remember the 40 year old eye test, make sure that the font is READABLE!!
After we gave our pitches, supposed to be 15-20 seconds long, clear and concise, we got started. The pitches? Some were tight, some awkward. Then I made us all go around and collablerating with the entire group, we all tightened everyone’s pitch down to one clear concise powerful sentence. We created pure gold!!

All I can say is we enjoyed some delicious local brew from CYCLE BREWING here in downtown St. Pete, then spent time at the ALWAYS EXCELLENT Ruby’s Elixir for scotch, cigars, and 5 star live music!! Local chef sensation AJ hung around for a bit, enjoying a few laughs with Mr. Cool himself, fellow ESC member Jzon Livingston.
