Localtopia, Saturday Morning Market and my Niece

Good day everyone! After a long beautiful and engaging stroll while eating, tasting, shopping and enjoying the best farmer’s market in the entire Southeastern USA, SATURDAY MORNING MARKET, we made our way over to LOCALTOPIA. Localtopia?? Well my good friend and fellow Entrepreneur Olga Bof (and her amazing crew), of Keep Saint Petersburg Local organized an all day saturday extravaganza at our lovely downtown Williams Park yesterday,

We ran into Mark, the owner of Get The Picture Photobooths, and as usual I’m unable to resist clowning around during a selfie. Below is one of the incredible local artists (didn’t get his name, sorry) doing a live painting – thanks brother!

We met the ladies of The Wearhouse where Paloma will be taking a fashion class. Of course my Yoga Gur us Katelyn and Jenny of The Body Electric Yoga Company were there, reminding me that yes I went away on vacation but now it’s time to get back to class – which I will!!

We also ran into the ladies of PRINT ST. PETE aka The Southern LetterPress  who do beautiful and unique letterpress work. While I ran over to grab a delicious local Kahwa Coffee, mmmm, Paloma created some beautiful flowery craftwork! Nice work Lomes! =D

Also our friend Mo and hubby lance of MityMo Creative and more recently #NERDTAGS via their awesome 3D Printer, more about that at freefab3d.com

Speaking of awesome, the bands playing sounded incredible, much to do with the behind the scenes work of sound and lighting grand master Chuck Taylor of Production Source, who was the genius behind the spectacular lights and sounds inside my wedding and event venue NOVA 535.  Thanks Chuck, along with Olga are a few of the many LOCAL SUPERHEROS here in St. Pete that get things done well!! =D

So I ended up buying a few delicious smelling candles, including a coffee scented one, from Smith-Wicks, a healthy and yummy juice from SQUEEZE Juiceworks, ran into the one and only Rachana Suri who sells Ethically Made Luxury Fashion via Accessuri along with my friend the Rock n Rolla guru and author Tony Michaelides, plus real estate and marketing stud Joe Sale, saw the cool guys with WHIGFEST, which is happening Feb 15th & 16th 2014 here in #dtsp St. Pete, with some of the advertising artwork by local superstar BASK, browsed the beautiful handcrafted jewelry by Strands of Sunshine, watched the guys skateboarding with their LONGLINE Skateboards, and so much more…

Of course the master himself Frank Strunk III was in the house, showing off his always fascinating, amazing, uniquely Strunk-a-licious metal artworkery genius – love ya Frank!!
