After 15 years as a state regulator investigating food borne illnesses at food service establishments, I decided start assisting local restaurant owners with taking a proactive approach to food safety. We specialize in restaurant turn-arounds, plan review assistance for new restaurants, third party health inspections, regulatory compliance, and State Certified Food Manager Training/exams(ServSafe and SafeStaff).
