My Story
Broker/Principal Kym A. Ottaviani, has been active in the real estate profession since 1980. He has served on the St. Petersburg Board of REALTORS property managers committee and the Pinellas REALTOR Organization Leasing and Property Management Committee as a founding member. He has served as President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NARPM, has taught seminars and has been a speaker for the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. Property management in the Saint Petersburg area has been a life long quest.
