My Story
I worked in technology for over a decade, then switched career tracks after rediscovering my passion in the kitchen.Training by a Master Pastry Chef, a French Executive Chef, my Spanish Grandmother, and Spanish/Italian Mom, (all phenomenal chefs and/or bakers) taught me many things, helping me master traditional cuisines, sweets and various culinary techniques. But, I'm always looking for new flavor experiences, and like to experiment... a lot! I also help run a gourmet spice shop with my Mom in Tampa, VSpicery Flavor Shop, specializing in flavor creation and recipe development. We're all about freshness, quality and big flavor, while still keeping it affordable. We love to cater parties too!

The Flavor Crate specializes in providing fresh quality spices and seasonings to our subscribers every month. We send a new salt, spice and seasoning blend, along with recipes and suggested uses to inspire creativity in the kitchen and open our subscribers to a whole new world of flavor.
